Blower Door
Our home energy professionals will perform the blower door test, including a walkthrough of the property, recording data to determine the property’s airtightness and the overall energy efficiency. The property will be depressurized allowing an evaluation of total leakage from the outside in comparison to the conditioned volume of the property itself.
Duct Leakage
During this assessment our home energy professionals will use various methods and tools designed to measure the airtightness of the forced air, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning(HVAC) ductwork to determine if the property’s air handler is operating efficiently and not losing energy to leakage outside the thermal envelope.
